Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing commercial buildings. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in managing high-rise building projects.
• Candidates with A&A experience in commercial buildings are preferred.

Job Duties

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors/suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognized Degree is preferred.
• Min 6 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects.
• Candidates with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects will also be considered.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individuals with a proven track record in the building industry.
