Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of credit administration at one of Asia’s most established and future-ready financial institutions? We’re looking for a Deputy Head of Corporate Credit Administration to manage a complex and diverse portfolio across Wholesale, Commercial, Global Markets, and Capital Markets businesses — while driving transformation and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of credit facilities — from implementation, disbursement, and redemption to annual documentation reviews.
  • Provide independent oversight on credit risk and ensure compliance with policies, authority limits, and regulatory standards (MAS, MAS, S35, S29).
  • Lead process improvement, digital transformation, and operations excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and client experience.
  • Guide and inspire your team through change — ensuring strong governance, control, and collaboration across functions and borders.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 12+ years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Credit Administration with deep knowledge of legal documentation and lending products (bilateral / syndicated loans).
  • Expertise across financing types — shipping, aircraft, property, commodities, project, and sustainable financing.
  • Strong understanding of loan operations, trade finance, treasury, and supply chain finance.
  • Proven ability to drive transformation and manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical, meticulous, and action-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
