Job Description
The employee is responsible for supporting the Company’s senior management in international market development, education strategy, and external representation, with a primary focus on China and Europe. Key duties include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the Company’s presence and operations in China and Europe
- Identifying and cultivating institutional partnerships, recruitment channels, and long-term collaboration opportunities in target markets
- Conducting market research, preparing strategic analyses, and reporting findings to senior management
- Providing strategic advisory support on education trends, market positioning, and programme development
- Engaging with schools, education networks, and relevant government or semi-government organisations to facilitate academic cooperation
- Planning and managing educational study tours, youth exchange programmes, and official delegations, including logistics, coordination, and post-visit reporting
- Serving as the Company’s official representative to the Singapore Guangdong Chamber of Commerce and other relevant institutions
- Supporting external communications, stakeholder engagement, and corporate representation activities
- Undertaking additional consultancy, outreach, or special assignments as delegated by senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Education, Management, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in international market development, consulting, education services, or senior management support roles
- Strong understanding of cross-border education markets, institutional collaboration, and international partnership development
- Proven ability to operate at a senior advisory or managerial level, supporting strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional European language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to undertake international travel and represent the Company in official or professional settings
