We are seeking a visionary leader to drive nursing excellence through innovative education models, strategic partnerships, and professional development programmes.

You will spearhead the development of Singapore's future-ready nursing workforce by implementing and evaluating innovative nursing education models, work-study programmes, and cutting‑edge initiatives that prepare nurses for tomorrow's healthcare challenges. Working closely with nursing education departments across our institutions, you'll maintain our Centre of Excellence for continuing education, ensuring our nurses receive world‑class professional development opportunities. Your role involves fostering strategic partnerships with local, regional, and international healthcare institutions and nursing schools to advance nursing practice, innovation, education, research, and evidence‑based implementation.

You'll lead recruitment drives both locally and overseas, participate in school and community outreach programmes to promote nursing as a rewarding career choice, and conduct annual enterprise risk mapping with nursing leaders to identify and mitigate risks that may impact SingHealth nursing operations. Additionally, you'll manage workplans and budgets to ensure optimal manpower and resource allocation, participate in cluster‑level and national‑level committees to provide nursing expertise and strategic advice, and actively contribute to the Cluster Nursing Council to implement transformative initiatives across our healthcare network.

Job Requirements
