Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with all test-related activities for server and rack products during production.
• Support and implement PXE server configurations for assigned products.
• Execute and maintain server and rack run‑in testing processes.
• Carry out and manage burn‑in and power testing procedures.
• Conduct failure testing and analysis, and collaborate with engineers on corrective improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update and maintain the master list and tracking for all test programs.
• Prepare and revise working instructions as needed.
• Provide training to production teams based on updated working instructions.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
• Assist production teams during mass production runs.
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
