Job summary

A healthcare advisory company in Singapore is seeking a nurse to provide client-centric care and perform clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a Nursing diploma or degree, be registered with SNB, and have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the eldercare sector. The role includes monitoring clients' health, implementing care plans, and traveling to support various sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with a salary range of $2800 - $4000.

Qualifications

• Registered with SNB and able to deliver compassionate nursing care.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience, clinical experience in eldercare is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to support other sites/centres.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-centric and compassionate nursing care as per needs.
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate clients’ conditions to implement care plans.
• Perform clinical procedures when required.
• Observe and monitor clients’ health and reactions to treatment.
• Ensure continuity of clients’ care plans.
