Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or training in disability care or special education is a plus.
• Prior experience in disability services, social care, or special-needs education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and carry out approved training programs and activities.
• Maintain clients’ safety, hygiene, and overall well-being at all times.
• Assist clients in acquiring daily living skills and community integration skills.
• Perform ongoing assessments, training, and evaluations to support clients’ development.
• Keep detailed and accurate client documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers to enhance each client’s growth.
• Observe and report on clients’ physical and mental health.
