What The Role Is

You conceptualise, develop, and implement data science projects to leverage human resource (HR) data, enhancing personnel management in the SAF and Army.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Process, analyse and visualise HR data to distil and communicate actionable insights to management
  • Develop predictive models for targeted efforts in recruitment, employee engagement, and training
  • Engage in the entire data science process from conceptualisation to deployment
  • Create digital solutions to enhance HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to understand business problems and address challenges with data-driven solutions
Challenge(s)
  • Bridging the gap between technical data science and practical HR challenges
  • Translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Developing effective predictive models for diverse HR functions
What We Are Looking For
