What You’ll Do
  • Innovate & Lead: Develop and optimize groundbreaking SDG models using state‑of‑the‑art techniques like DDPM, ARF, and Gaussian Copula.
  • Build & Collaborate: Work closely with software engineers to create powerful features such as imputation, constraint handling, and privacy metrics that make the platform smarter and more reliable.
  • Troubleshoot & Improve: Diagnose technical challenges, improve model performance, and ensure seamless integration—delivering real impact to government users.
  • Share & Educate: Create clear, accessible documentation and insights to help users understand complex models and privacy concepts.
  • Influence & Shape: Partner with diverse teams to drive innovative solutions that serve the entire government ecosystem.
Who You Are
  • Data scientist with a flair for applied machine learning and a solid foundation in software engineering.
  • Experienced in modeling, experimentation, and model evaluation, especially with privacy‑focused algorithms.
  • Passionate about solving complex problems, debugging, and delivering practical solutions.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of translating technical insights for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data science or ML roles.
  • Proficient in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn.
  • Experienced with backend development and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Familiar with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative coding.
  • Nice‑to‑have: experience with privacy‑enhancing tech, synthetic data, differential privacy, or frontend frameworks (Next.js/React).
