We are looking for a Data Operations Associate to join our fastgrowing team. As an Data Operations Associate, you will help manage dayto day data review process for financial data that has been digitized,you’ll be hands on with the data and most importantly manage a growingteam of data operators with our vendors.

This will be a varied role. The ideal candidate will have a knackfor management and reporting, is comfortable working with data and aproven ability to work autonomously.

You Will

• Review data entry from financial documents, like invoices
• Provide feedback on the accuracy of the data
• Monitor the (online) attendance of data operators for scheduled shifts
• Manage shift changes to accommodate changing and increasing demand
• Create reporting for internal stakeholders
• Help manage a team of contractors
• Provide performance feedback to data operators and management
• Ad-hoc projects

About you

• 1-3 years in operations or data entry management
