A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with data-related tasks. This role involves testing an online calculation tool, compiling data, and preparing Excel reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable with large data sets and communication with various stakeholders. The position requires full on-site commitment for the duration of the contract.
Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours:
Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Assist with testing and validation of an online calculation tool to ensure accuracy
Compile and organise data from past and new case records
Input data into Excel and internal systems accurately
Compare calculated outcomes against actual case results
Prepare clear Excel reports summarising findings and comparison results
Support follow‑up analysis and administrative tasks when required
Strong attention to detail with good data entry and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable handling large sets of data and repetitive tasks
Able to communicate and work with stakeholders at different levels
Familiarity with financial or case‑related processes is an advantage
Able to commit to full on‑site work for the contract duration
