Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned projects ensuring schedules are met.
• Requisition materials, labor, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and provide necessary training.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders regarding project matters.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Handle contracts, claims, and maintain stock control.
• Solve on-site technical problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handover of projects upon completion.
