Job summary

A leading utilities company is seeking an IT Support Officer to manage batch job processing and maintain operational efficiency in their data center. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data center operations and proficiency with batch job scheduling and monitoring tools. This role requires shift work and strong communication skills to ensure timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in IT support.
• Experience in monitoring systems health in SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Able to perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and process batch jobs.
• Maintain and update Standing Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Provide updates on operational incidents until resolution.
