Big Tech: International Product Growth Analyst

The International Product Growth Analyst role focuses on understanding user needs across global markets and shaping product experiences that scale internationally. You will use large datasets, strong analytical skills, and market insights to identify growth opportunities, remove friction points, and guide product strategy. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help drive data‑informed decisions that support product adoption and growth across diverse regions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and measure the success of international product growth initiatives through goal setting, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of key metrics to uncover trends and market insights.
  • Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data visualization to develop and validate international product growth strategies.
  • Work with large and complex datasets to solve a broad range of impactful problems using analytical and statistical approaches.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Growth—to inform and support decision‑making across multiple international markets.
Skills:
Analytics & Data Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for querying and analyzing large datasets. Ability to design, execute, and interpret analyses that influence product and business decisions.
Product & Marketing Acumen:
  • Understanding of growth strategies, product adoption, funnel optimization, and user behavior—especially across global markets.
International Experience:
  • Experience working on products or projects targeting international markets, or personal experience living or studying abroad. Awareness of regional trends, cultural nuances, and localized challenges.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
  • Ability to translate data‑driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a relevant technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, or 2+ years with a Master’s degree.

This is a 6‑months contract role with visibility for renewals.
