Data Analyst (Survey Design & Data Analytics)

Location: Alexandra Road
Employment Type: 1-year contract
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

About the Role

My client is seeking a highly motivated, analytical and tech-savvy Research Specialist to lead the design, implementation and analysis of surveys that support organisational research and data-driven decision making.

In this role, you will design end-to-end survey processes, apply robust methodologies, generate meaningful insights, and communicate results to internal stakeholders and senior management. You will also contribute to digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data tools and technology to enhance operational processes and survey capabilities across the organisation.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Lead survey design, development and administration to support research objectives
  • Implement survey data collection strategies and ensure methodological rigour
  • Conduct data cleaning, analysis and reporting to generate actionable insights
  • Develop dashboards and data visualisations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by improving processes through technology
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend data-informed solutions
  • Deliver presentations and reports to senior management and various stakeholders
  • Support internal training efforts to strengthen survey and analytics capabilities
What We Are Looking For
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Consumer Research or related fields
  • Preferably 3–5 years of experience in consumer research, data analytics, survey research or related areas
  • Strong foundation in survey methodologies and data collection techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL processes and data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with statistical software and automation tools (e.g., SPSS, UiPath, Power Automate) is an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
