Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Talent Development Coordinator to support the rollout of talent mobility and learning programs for cybersecurity staff. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in talent development or HR coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, maintaining development records, and engaging with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in cybersecurity are desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus.
  • Interest in cybersecurity is desirable.

1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 1 Dec 2026)
