Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence

• Own cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks

• Define and report cyber risk metrics for senior management and board-level stakeholders

• Oversee SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, IAM, PAM, WAF and security monitoring capabilities

• Lead and coordinate security incident investigations, remediation, and post-incident reviews

• Apply MITRE ATT&CK & D3FEND frameworks in detection and response strategies

• Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity analysts and engineers

• Manage third-party SOC / SecOps vendors, including KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews

• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure security-by-design across initiatives

Requirements

• 5–8 years of dedicated cybersecurity operations experience (not infrastructure-only roles)

• Proven experience leading Security Operations, SOC, or Cyber Defense functions

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and cyber risk management

• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM/PAM, Firewalls, WAF

• Experience in regulated environments (financial services or critical infrastructure preferred)

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Act 2018 (CCoP 2.0) and Singapore PDPA

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC are an advantage
