Qualifications

• Degree and above (preferably Business, Law and Tech).
• Relevant certificates (e.g. PMC, Change Management) welcome.
• Technical professionals or ex-consultants with senior stakeholder management skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for B2B clients.
• Work with client and intermediary stakeholders.
• Onboard new B2B clients.
• Manage projects and recommend technical solutions.
• Conduct surveys and user interviews.
• Consolidate and analyse learning experience data.
• Provide customer support via text, phone, or email.
• Present at events for client understanding.
