• Basic $2200 to $3000
• Mon - Fri : 9am to 5.30pm ; Alternate Sat : 9am to 1pm
• Location : Changi alps (company transport provided)
• Direct under company | 1-year contract | renewable & convertible

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers, providing prompt and effective customer service to meet operational requirements.
• Use CargoWise One to generate invoices, reports, and arrange cargo deliveries.
• Monitor, prepare, and update daily operational reports.
• Communicate clearly via verbal and written channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and acknowledgements.
• Demonstrate strong follow-up skills with basic key account management capability.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain industry
• Proficient in MS Office & Cargo Wise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Singaporean only
