Job Scope
  • Monitor and maintain the operational dashboard/portal to ensure smooth system performance and consistent service quality.
  • Perform system monitoring and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and investigate any reported disruptions or irregularities.
  • Attend to all enquiries related to season parking applications, refunds, and changes of particulars, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Communicate with users professionally through email, telephone, and the Customer Portal.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service or operations coordination preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a high standard of customer service.
