Job summary

A technology services provider in Singapore is looking for a dedicated customer support executive. The role involves managing customer orders and providing exceptional service to corporate clients. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time position with working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Handle distributor procurement and customer service support.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Distributor handling not limiting to procurement and customer service support
  • Provide good customer support to our corporate customers, including end-to-end management of customers’ orders and requests
  • Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support and documentation
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly
  • Prepare and submit documents required by customers in their respective management systems
  • Proactively update customers on their order status and shipment schedules
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of spare parts price lists for customers
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders and ensure timely execution of shipments
  • Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with custom queries
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage customers’ issues & solution implementation.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Candidates with more years of relevant working experience will be considered for senior position with higher remuneration
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset
  • Meticulous & hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good self-drive and self-discipline with minimal supervision required and possess a \'Can Do\' attitude
  • High level of integrity and can be trusted in handling confidential information
  • Able to work well in a team as well as being independent and pro-active
  • Able to work under tight schedules and handle high volume of requests, yet remain composed and positive under difficult situations
  • Able to work after office hours when required
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to integrate with people of differing backgrounds
  • Experience in managing multiple projects/engagements with short deadlines is an advantage
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
  • Basic salary commensurate with experience
