P-Serv is teaming up with a well-established transport statutory board to recruit vibrant and service-oriented talents for the role of Customer Service Officer (Cashier). Join the frontline of Singapore’s transport network — where every smile, solution, and interaction helps millions get to where they need to go.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attending to customers’ enquiries
  • Manage facilities and run system operations
  • Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
  • Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
  • Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
  • Carry out any other tasks when needed
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of Cashiering and Customer Service experience
  • A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
  • Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
  • 10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
  • Company transport provided! Pick up from Boon Lay / Jurong East MRT station
  • With attractive Allowances + Incentives!
