Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare and process service requests such as policy summaries, premium details, and beneficiary information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
