Job summary
A well-established service organization in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to handle daily counter services. Key responsibilities include liaising with casket companies, processing customer enquiries, and assisting in event registrations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of frontline experience and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily counter services.
- Liaise with Casket/Undertaker companies.
- Attend to customer enquiries and feedback.
- Process labels for Urns Storage.
- Assist in the registration of annual Prayer Events.
- Coordinate collection of photos for Niches/Ancestral Tablets.

Your Role:
- Handle daily counter services
- Liaise with Casket/Undertaker companies for the registration of Beneficiary
- Attend to phone calls and walk-in customer enquiries and feedback
- Process labels / stickers for Urns Storage / Ji-Ling
- Assist in the registration of annual Prayer Events
- Coordinate with customer for collection of photos for Niches / Ancestral Tablets
What You Bring:
- Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ level
- Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year of frontline working experience
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Good customer service skills, Attention to details
- A team player with a positive attitude and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
- Willing to work with after-death care service associates
- Candidate with Dharma knowledge will be of an added advantage
