Job summary

A leading paint and chemicals supplier in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. The candidate will handle customer orders and requests, process sales orders in SAP, and coordinate with the logistics department for timely delivery. Ideal applicants should have at least 'N'/'O' Level qualifications and a positive attitude, with prior experience preferred. Chemical knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1 Year(s) of working experience in customer service or related field required.
• Chemical Knowledge would be an advantage.
• Preferably entry level specialized in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, requests, or complaints.
• Process orders in SAP, including issuance of invoices.
• Update customers with shipment details and track delivery schedules.
• Confirm and acknowledge orders.
• Maintain stock levels for delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customer coordination (receives and coordinates orders, request, or complaints from all customers).
• Ensure that DO is pass to the logistics department timely.
• Order processing in SAP (Key in Sales Order, issue Picklist / Prepare list, create D/O and invoice)
• Order confirmation or acknowledgement.
• Ensure stock level to meet delivery requirement and inform Purchasing Dept accordingly.
• Update customer with shipment detail.
• Keep track of delivery schedule.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least “N”/"O" Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Positive Attitude
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
