Job summary

A prominent skincare company in Singapore is seeking a customer service supervisor. You will handle front desk duties, manage customer inquiries through multiple communication channels, and ensure high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience and is fluent in Mandarin and English. This role requires multi-tasking abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience as cabin crew will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and book appointments.
• Communicate with customers via various channels.
• Keep records of discussions and handle customer feedback.

Job description

•Front desk duties including handle incoming and outgoing calls, booking appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry

• Communicating with customers via telephone, WhatsApp, email face-to-face and social media

• Keeping records of discussions or correspondence with customer

• Handling customer’s feedbacks

• Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess strong interpersonal, efficiency & organisational skills

• Multi-tasking capabilities and willingness to go for the extra mile

• Prior experience as cabin crew will be an added advantage

• Able to converse in Mandarin and English to communicate in Chinese speaking customers

• Must be able to work on retail hours

• 5 days’ work week,
