We are looking for a talented Customer Service professional to support our clients and manage inquiries and complaints across multiple communication channels. To succeed in this role, you will ensure customer needs are fulfilled with an outstanding service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Understand our products and services.
  • Communicate and assist customers through various channels, including call, email and chat.
  • Prepare and review export/import documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents, PEB/PIB, etc.
  • Communicate with clients regarding shipping schedules, document requirements, and cargo status.
  • Monitor and follow up on customs clearance processes in compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Track shipment movements and update internal systems and clients accordingly.
  • Handle client complaints or issues related to logistics or documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing of all shipment and client communication records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments.
  • Provide real-time updates to clients regarding delays, changes, or disruptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and logistics
  • Cross Department Collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
  • Strong understanding of import-export procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
