Job summary

A local finance cooperative in Singapore is seeking a finance officer to assist members with loans and savings opportunities. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma from a recognised institution in a finance related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in finance related positions.
• Experience in consumer loans will be an added advantage.

• Respond to members’ requests in a respectful and timely manner via counter visits, emails, and calls.
• Evaluate members’ credit worthiness.
• Advise members on loan eligibility and savings opportunities.
• Process and approve loans and savings applications.
• Expand and retain membership base.

• Participate in recruitment of new members
• Assist the Marketing team in the organisation and planning of events for members
• Update members’ particulars
• Update website and social media platforms
• Archive documents digitally

Requirements
