Job Responsibilities - Airfreight | 3PL
  1. Check cargo clearance permits and ensure cargo is in proper condition before release.
  2. Verify that all required approvals and documentation are completed prior to shipment release.
  3. Coordinate and follow up on shipments with customers, carriers, transport, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
  4. Manage bookings, track shipments, and provide timely status updates to customers.
  5. Prepare, process, and maintain airfreight documentation.
  6. Handle customer documentation and correspondence to support smooth operations.
  7. Accurately enter shipment, invoice, and operational data into the internal system.
  8. Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in supply chain or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer support preferred.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, empathetic, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities - Manufacturing
  • Manage the full order-to-cash process, from order entry to shipment coordination.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and stock verification.
  • Prepare weekly sales order/backlog reports and track deliveries.
  • Ensure all export shipment documents comply with GST regulations and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Use CRM systems to process orders, quotations, price approvals, sample orders, and customer data.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in order processing.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents, including COO and COC.
  • Candidate with SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
