Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a skilled logistics coordinator to manage daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least two years of experience in marine logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating operations, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate documentation. A proactive and service-oriented professional who can work with multiple stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine logistics or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation preferred.
• Able to work independently with multiple stakeholders.

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely execution of clients’ requirements across departments.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment statuses, inquiries, and service requests.
• Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of invoices and records.
• Comply with internal SOPs and service standards, while continuously improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented with a high level of integrity.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and marine logistics processes preferred.
• Able to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
