Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily operations and enhance customer service within the marine logistics sector. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Candidates must be proactive and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented with a high level of integrity.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and marine logistics processes preferred.
  • Able to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely execution of clients’ requirements across departments.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment statuses, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of invoices and records.
  • Comply with internal SOPs and service standards, while continuously improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
