As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
  • Process bookings for collection and delivery through our system for priority clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Offer shipment support and resolve delivery‑related issues.
  • Generate and compile monthly reports for management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to provide full support to clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for daily collections and deliveries.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Customer Service Manager.
  • Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Customer‑focused with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
