A leading customer service firm in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 1-year contract. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via emails, hotline, and in-person, as well as resolving complaints effectively. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a customer service role, excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with service software is a plus. Working hours are from 10am to 7pm, 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend.
