A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide timely and effective customer service. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries and formulating resolutions. Ideal candidates should have a Post-secondary Certificate and good communication skills. The role requires individuals to work on a rotating shift basis and offers on-the-job training. This is a 2-year renewable contract position with benefits.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.
