A dynamic service firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction. The role involves order processing, managing customer inquiries, and liaising with various departments for seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or manufacturing sectors.
The Customer Service Executive must be a communicative, analytical and creative team player who can address customers' issues effectively and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. An individual who monitors responses to customer requests and queries to minimise gaps in customer service delivery while improving customer relationships and experience.
