Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and logistics requirements.
    • Ensure all instructions, service levels, and contractual commitments (SLA/CA/rate agreements) are clearly understood and executed.
    • Maintain positive customer relationships while promoting company services to support revenue growth and service-level improvement.
    • Plan, monitor, and follow through on shipment and delivery schedules according to SOPs and work instructions.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Accurately update all required information in both internal and customer systems.
    • Respond promptly to emails, calls, and meeting requests from customers, colleagues, and management.
    • Prepare timely and accurate billing in accordance with agreed rates, credit terms, and performed activities.
  • Operational Coordination
    • Coordinate with warehouse teams on inbound and outbound inventory movements.
    • Assist in verifying physical stock against system data to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Arrange trucking requirements and coordinate scheduling with the transport team and external partners.
  • Management Support
    • Complete assigned tasks and instructions from management accurately and on time.
    • Provide timely reports and updates to support decision-making by senior management.
    • Demonstrate strong time-management skills and maintain professional work standards at all times.
