Job description

• Coordinate with customers on orders, confirmations, and shipments
• Work with logistics to plan vessel schedules
• Liaise with production on manufacturing data and documents
• Prepare and share customer-required documents (MSDS, COA, etc.)
• Support purchasing and inventory tasks, including raw material checks and record updates
• Issue sample batch forms for customer requests
• Handle admin duties and assist during manager’s absence

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
