Job description

Tribecar is the leading station-based car-sharing operator in Singapore.

Members of the service use their smartphone to gain access to Tribecar's rental cars that are parked at over 450+ convenient locations (i.e. right beside MRTs) in Singapore. The service is accessible 24 by 7 with no minimum booking length.This on-demand service starts from an amazing low price of just SGD 2 per hour (SGD 0.5 per hour for motorcycles!). The cost of the service is kept low by automating the service as much as possible.Naturally, there will be naughty individuals who will try to test the system. You, aided by our investigation tools, will root out these people and keep the service running as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities

  • IMPORTANT – You will be spending much of your time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
  • You will also be required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
  • You will also be assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • You will also be assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • You will also be required to assist with any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
  • By excelling at your work, the community will be able to continue to enjoy our vehicles in the best possible state!

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
    Keen eye for details to spot fraud
  • Willingness to enforce justice to ensure fairness in the tight-knit community
  • Ability to shown restrain and kindness in extraordinary circumstances
  • Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc
  • Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous
