Responsibilities
- Process customers’ daily orders and transactions at the service counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience
- Handle payment transactions including cash, credit cards and e-payments
- Provide information on the monthly promotions, events, and key product highlights to customers
- Equip with basic product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Handle customers’ inquiries through email with a proper follow through to resolve issue effectively
- Guide customers in using Amway’s digital platforms and website services
- Assist with stock take, incoming of stock, display & replenishment of products on the shelves etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop
- Other administrative duties in support of daily operations

Requirements
- Minimum GCE N or O level
- At least 2 – 3 years relevant experience from retail/ service industries
- Customer oriented with pleasant personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers of all ages
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours as required
