Job Description

The Customer Relations Officer handles customer enquiries, supports service requests, and ensures a smooth experience before and after the sale. The role involves daily communication with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving issues in a timely and professional way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
  • Update customer records, service status, and follow-up actions in the system.
  • Assist with appointments, bookings, or service arrangements.
  • Handle feedback and complaints and elevate cases when required.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance teams to close customer requests.
  • Prepare basic service documents such as forms, invoices, or reports.
  • Track pending cases and follow up until completion.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and promote service standards.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree and above in any field
  • General Insurance experience (with BCP, PGI and ComGI Cert) and navigation of insurance portals are an added advantage
  • Entry candidates with the right skill sets and attitude are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • Preferably possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment
  • Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
  • 5.5 days work per week; Mon‑Fri : 9am‑6pm; Sat : 9am‑1pm
