Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the CLCM Forum and act as deputy when required, including chairing forums or attending cross-functional steering committees.
• Support delivery of the Customer Operating Plan (COP) and manage CLCM metrics, including forecasting and performance tracking.
• Lead agile cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Digital, Distribution) to execute customer campaigns and initiatives for lead generation, new-to-insurance (NTI) acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage data analytics, marketing, and digital touchpoints for customer and distributor engagement.
• Use insights and analytics to recommend business priorities and actions that improve portfolio quality and profitability.
• Manage resource prioritization and future demand planning to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure best-in-class project management, documentation, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
• 8–10 years’ experience in business management (distribution, performance, customer management) within the insurance industry.
• Proven experience as an agile-trained project leader, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of insurance products and distribution models.
• Expertise in strategy, analytics, planning, marketing, product profitability modelling, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, CRMs, marketing automation, customer insights, and segmentation modelling.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and ability to innovate.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with energy and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
