Job Description

1. (1) Oversee all aspects of the project, including progress, quality, safety, cost, and civilized construction.
2. (2) Fulfill engineering contracts, execute company directives, and coordinate all on-site project operations.
3. (3) Promptly address critical emergencies at project sites and report to senior management to ensure smooth progress of all projects.
4. (4) Represent the company at all external project meetings, coordinating relationships with the client, general contractor, supervisory team, labor providers, and other on-site specialized units.
5. (5) Process timely project progress payments, quantity changes, work orders, and claims in accordance with the contract.
6. (6) Organize project completion acceptance, engineering settlement, and payment collection to safeguard corporate interests.

Job Requirements

1. (1) Must possess comprehensive capabilities in production organization, technical leadership, and business management.
2. (2) At least 10 years of experience in curtain wall engineering management.
3. (3) Proficient in the complete workflow of curtain wall construction, with the ability to oversee all aspects of project management.
4. (4) Possess strong organizational coordination, communication skills, and field experience, adept at mediating relationships with multiple stakeholders including the client, design institute, general contractor, supervisor, and suppliers, and capable of resolving on-site technical and management issues.
5. (5) Possess a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
6. (6) Proficient in construction organization design, safety technology, labor management, quality system, material management, and project cost management.
7. (7) Proficient in curtain wall construction techniques and project management workflows, with comprehensive expertise in project safety, quality, cost, and schedule control, and well-versed in engineering acceptance standards and relevant legal regulations.
8. (8) Proficient in Chinese/English communication, capable of independently preparing engineering documentation such as MOS, and skilled in effective written and verbal external communication.
