We are looking for a Creative Executive to join our expanding team. This role is key in shaping how our brand connects with audiences across platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, driving brand awareness, and supporting sales through strong storytelling and visual communication.

Job Scope

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns that strengthen brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints
  • Manage and grow GINLEE and MAKE social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Conceptualise, design, and produce creative content (visuals, videos, copywriting) for campaigns, social media, website, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with retail and marketing teams to deliver sales-driven promotional campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on content performance to refine future strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative output, from social media to in-store materials
  • Support events, photoshoots, and brand collaborations with creative direction and execution

Key Competencies

  • Strong understanding of branding and storytelling in fashion/lifestyle context
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency in design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools, etc.)
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for evaluating campaign performance
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for visual aesthetics
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
