The Role

Your role is to participate in the development of the retail sales, provide leadership to the Beauty Advisor, you will ensure that customers are given a quality service at counter, as well as a customized consultation, being able to advise and demonstrate full product range with your expert knowledge on both Make-up and Fragrance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure high efficiency of inventory management and processing stock procedures in accordance with Company guidelines to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage defective items and facilitate the returns from store to warehouse.
  • Assist in all stock inventory cycles are completed as scheduled.
  • Works closely with Retail Excellence and Beauty Advisors to ensure smooth and effective store operations.
  • Ensure Beauty Advisor are totally conversant with the KPIs, business strategies and the implementing of all company policies and procedures through regular coaching.
  • Actively identify and solve any issues in store operations and people operations in a timely manner, scope includes planning and manage weekly rostering for all operations staff and to ensure that Roster always meet the Management expectation.
  • Facilitate in month end calculations of part timer salary, commissions as well as overtime pay.
  • To review and analyse daily sales, highlight problem areas, and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance. Propose and implement corrective actions if needed.
  • Support & Co‑ordinate the changing of Merchandising Assortment and ensuring planograms guidelines are met and managing maintenance.
  • Manages all omni‑channel orders for fulfilment and stock management from FSS Omni initiative.
  • Ensure retailer Price labelling is done and manages price changes.
