Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Company’s compliance with ACRA and other statutory requirements
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records and Company logbooks
- Prepare and file annual returns and board resolutions
- Be familiar with ACRA BizFile+ portal to perform transactions, including incorporation of companies, appointment/withdrawal of position holders, and other related functions
- Handle preparation and filing of financial statements in XBRL format
- E-meet / Hold meetings with Clients to liaise regarding company matters
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, bankers and any other external partners
- Support management with administrative and compliance-related matters
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Business or a related field
- Preferably with experience in ACRA BizFile+ portal
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.
- Capable of conducting discussions with clients.
- Willing to travel to clients' offices.
