Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of corporate secretarial experience.
  • Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ system and Companies Act requirements.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and responsible.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Mandarin‑speaking ability preferred for liaising with Chinese‑speaking clients.

We are a law corporation providing corporate secretarial and compliance support to Singapore-incorporated companies, including local SMEs and Chinese-owned entities. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part‑Time Corporate Secretarial Assistant to support our compliance and statutory filing work.

Responsibilities
  • Handle routine corporate secretarial matters for client companies
  • Prepare and file ACRA lodgements (e.g. annual returns, officer changes, share transfers etc)
  • Draft directors’ resolutions, AGM / EGM documents, and statutory registers
  • Maintain corporate records and compliance calendars
  • Prepare onboarding documents for new clients (KYC, beneficial ownership, registers)
  • Liaise with clients, directors, and service providers on compliance matters
  • Support company incorporations, striking off, and other ACRA processes
  • Assist in handover matters from previous corporate secretaries where applicable
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ system and Companies Act requirements
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and responsible
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Mandarin‑speaking ability preferred to liaise with Chinese‑speaking clients
  • Prior experience in corporate service firms is an advantage
Working Arrangement
  • Flexible part‑time hours (e.g. 2–3 days per week or project‑based)
  • Possibility to convert to full‑time based on performance and workload
