Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with HR and business leaders to understand their employee benefits needs and challenges.
  • Solution Design: Develop customized group insurance and wellness solutions aligned with each company’s goals and budget.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a high level of trust, service, and satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to recommend enhancements to corporate benefits programs.
  • Business Development: Identify new corporate prospects, conduct presentations, and manage the end‑to‑end proposal process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, product specialists, and operations teams to deliver seamless implementation and support.
  • Renewal & Retention: Manage annual renewals, review claims experience, and strategize remarketing opportunities to ensure competitive client outcomes.
