Overview

Location: Bugis

Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of conversion to perm

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary: Up to $3500 + 0.5 month completion bonus

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Editing

  • Assist in creating and editing content for internal newsletters, company announcements, and other communication channels
  • Ideate, develop and produce quality creative audio-visual assets used to enhance the quality of communication with an emotional connection, immersive and engaging experience

2. Social Media Management:

  • Help manage our social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries
  • Stay informed about social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas

3. Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including town halls, leadership sessions, team building activities and employee recognition programs
  • Assist with logistics, invitation and communication materials.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement

4. Internal Communication:

  • Contribute to internal communication campaigns, such as employee surveys, wellness programs, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure timely information shared on internal communication platforms

5. External Communication:

  • Assist in drafting external communication materials
  • Compile relevant coverage reports for internal reporting
  • Generate daily media monitoring and reporting

6. Collaboration with Cross-functional teams:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and presentation for all key internal communications materials
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with local business units and their activities by providing communication support where required

7. Corporate Affairs Centre of Excellence:

  • Contribute to the maintaining of consistent corporate identity and branding through education, communication, oversight, and enforcement of standards
  • Support the creation and socialization of regional comms strategy, toolkits and guidance for major announcements and campaigns
  • Contribute to the creation of centralized content depository where local and regional teams lift and shift for their own market needs
