Job summary

A governmental agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced Engineer/Architect to support the CORENET X project. The role involves researching construction technologies, gathering user requirements, and managing change effectively. Candidates should be passionate about digital transformation and possess skills in workflow design and change management. This position requires teamwork and excellent communication, as well as familiarity with BIM technology. Successful applicants will be offered contract employment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about transforming and changing operational processes through digitalization.
• Experience in end-to-end construction projects, as an engineer or architect.
• Have past experience with managing organizational changes especially due to process changes and IT system changes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and across different departments.
• Preferably possess Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent, certification.
• Preferably in-depth knowledge of BIM technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on construction design technologies.
• Collate business requirements for IT systems and re-engineer processes.
• Assess the impact of organizational changes and implement change management plans.
• Coordinate training for end users and handle system queries.
• Support IT department for operations and maintenance issues.
