You’ll be in charge of:
  • Setting up and stocking up the pastry or dessert station with all necessary supplies
  • Daily mise‑en‑place, preparing for service, ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards
  • Running the pastry and dessert station with the Pastry Chef
  • Ensuring items are ordered, received, and stored in proper condition, ensuring proper usage of food with minimal food waste
  • All other tasks as delegated
