A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a finance professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, payment, and procurement. The role includes processing invoices, ensuring payments, and preparing reports. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and proficiency in financial systems like SAP Hana and Ariba is necessary. This position offers a dynamic work environment where detail orientation and stakeholder management are crucial.
Process non-PO invoices, contracts for service, vendor creation, and staff claims
Ensure accurate and timely payments
Prepare finance schedules and management reports
Support month-end/year-end closing and account reconciliation
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Assist with procurement activities (PR, PO, contract administration)
Support quotation/tender processes and evaluations
Ensure compliance with finance & procurement policies
Assist in audits and implement recommendations
Handle ad-hoc finance duties
Min Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
Min. 7 years of relevant finance / payment / procurement experience
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and controls
Experience with financial systems (SAP Hana, Ariba preferred)
Detail-oriented with strong deadline management
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
